2. Waitlist Registration
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Waka Helper platform. We will contact you via the email address provided when access becomes available.

The personal information you provide (name, email, phone number) will be used solely to notify you about Waka Helper's launch and related updates. We will not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
4. Communications
By registering, you agree to receive emails from Waka Helper regarding our launch, product updates, and relevant announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
5. Platform Use
Waka Helper is a platform connecting families with trusted home helpers in Uganda. Users are expected to interact honestly and respectfully. Any fraudulent activity, including misrepresentation of identity or credentials, will result in account termination.
6. No Upfront Payments
Waka Helper strictly prohibits requests for upfront payments from helpers to families or families to helpers outside the platform's official payment channels.
7. Limitation of Liability
Waka Helper acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for the conduct of individual users. We encourage all users to exercise due diligence when hiring or accepting placements.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
