This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Waka Care Solutions uses on the WakaHelper platform, why we use them, and how you can control them.

2. Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. You cannot opt out of them without disabling core functionality.

2.3 Analytics Cookies
At present, WakaHelper does not use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics). If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this Policy and request your consent where required.
2.4 Payment Provider Cookies
When you initiate a payment via PesaPal, PesaPal may set cookies on their hosted payment page. These cookies are governed by PesaPal’s own privacy and cookie policy. We have no control over them.
3. How to Control Cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Important: Deleting or blocking the waka_token cookie will log you out of WakaHelper and you will need to sign in again.
4. Changes to This Policy
If we introduce new cookies or tracking technologies that require your consent, we will update this Policy and display a consent notice on the Platform before setting those cookies.
